How can we help you?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order is no longer possible after the purchase has been completed.

If you do not wish to keep the items you ordered, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy, starting from the day you or a person designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

You can find more information on how to return your order here.

After completing your order, you have a limited time to cancel it. If cancellation is still possible, you will find the “Cancel order” option within your order details.

Note: Please note that only the entire order can be cancelled, not individual items. Once a cancellation has been made, it cannot be reversed.

Has your order been cancelled by mistake?

We’re sorry about that. In rare cases, an item may become sold out due to a simultaneous purchase and therefore has to be cancelled. If your desired item is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be automatically notified as soon as it becomes available again.
