What are the terms and conditions for using vouchers?
Redeeming our promotional vouchers:
Redeeming a voucher: Please enter the relevant voucher code during the final step of checkout, before completing your purchase, and confirm it by clicking the “Redeem voucher” button so that it is applied to your order.
Use: If the voucher can only be redeemed once, this will be stated in the redemption terms in the small print.
Combining vouchers: Only one personalised voucher that reduces the total order value and requires a minimum spend, such as a loyalty thank-you voucher or customer satisfaction voucher, can be redeemed per order.
Validity of our vouchers:
Validity period: Vouchers and promotions are only valid for a limited period.
Minimum order value: Please note that the minimum order value in our online shop is €20. If this amount is not reached, the order cannot be completed.
Minimum spend: Some vouchers require a minimum spend. Please note that if a full or partial return reduces the order value below the required minimum spend, the promotional voucher will automatically become invalid.
Limited product selection: Vouchers may be restricted to certain products, categories and/or payment methods.
