If a voucher cannot be redeemed, the system will display an error message. The most common reasons are:

• The minimum order value has not been reached.
• The code has expired.
• The code is only valid for certain items, categories, countries or payment methods.
• The voucher has already been redeemed (single-use codes).
• The code contains a typing error, a missing character or an extra space.

Please check the message displayed after entering the code, as well as the redemption terms.
