Mastercard)<\/li><li>PayPal<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7d87fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a7d87fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>You haven&#8217;t successfully completed the payment yet<\/strong><\/h4><p>If a payment didn&#8217;t go through, was cancelled, or Mollie couldn&#8217;t finally confirm it, you&#8217;ll automatically be reminded to complete the payment again.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-032521d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"032521d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>You&#8217;ve already paid, but still received a payment reminder<\/strong><\/h4><p>In this case, one of the following reasons may apply:<\/p><ol><li><strong> The payment is still being processed<br \/><\/strong>Sometimes the respective payment provider needs a little time before a transaction is confirmed.<p>This can cause an overlap where a reminder is triggered even though your payment is already on its way.<\/p><p>In this case, please wait <strong>1\u20132 business days<\/strong> and then check whether you&#8217;ve received a payment confirmation.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> The payment was declined or not completed successfully<\/strong><p>If no charge was made, you&#8217;ll need to make the payment again.<br \/><strong><br \/><\/strong>Please check:<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>whether your credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay account, or your PayPal account was charged<\/li><li>whether the payment with Klarna was completed correctly<\/li><li>whether Klarna shows any outstanding requests in your Klarna app<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> You returned items, but the return hasn&#8217;t been processed yet<\/strong><p>As soon as your return has been processed in our logistics, you&#8217;ll automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email.<\/p><p>If your return had <strong>not yet been processed<\/strong> at the time the payment reminder was sent, an open amount may still be shown.<\/p><p>Check in your customer account:<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>which items have already been credited<\/li><li>what the adjusted open balance is<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Shipping costs weren&#8217;t taken into account<\/strong><p>If shipping costs of <strong>&#8364;5.95<\/strong> applied to your order and you didn&#8217;t account for these in your payment, a small remaining balance may be outstanding.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Discount code conditions no longer apply due to your return<\/strong><p>Please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/beougolf.com\/faq\/gutscheine\/gutschein-nutzungsbedingungen\/\">redemption terms<\/a> of your discount code.
